A 54-42 win against MFL MarMac kept the Warriors alive in competition. By halftime, South Winneshiek had put together a 26-21 lead. A loss 46-20 against Cascade ended post-season play for the Warriors.

Cold weather outside didn’t stop area wrestlers from hitting the mat Saturday. A strong start to Thursday’s game saw Denver rally for a 53-51 victory. Coming from behind, Denver was down 28-27 at the half. Denver edged ahead in the third quarter and widened the lead in the final quarter.
