Ilse And Edward Meyer Ilse Johanna Meyer (Petersen) passed from this life Feb. 13, 2018, with loved ones around her in Springfield, Mo. Her beloved husband of 63 years, Edward Cecil Meyer, followed her in death March 21, 2018, also in Springfield, Mo. A memorial service will be held at Calmar Lutheran Church Aug. 18, 2018, with coffee and cookies from 9 to 11 a.m. A service will take place from 11 a.m. to noon, and a lunch of tomato sandwiches, BLTs and sweet corn on the cob will follow.
