Kenneth Krivachek, 63, of Fort Atkinson, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2020, at his home in Fort Atkinson.

Visitation was from noon to 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 9, at the Schluter-Balik Funeral Home Chekal Chapel, 201 Main St., in Fort Atkinson. A Celebration of Life service took place at 3 p.m. following the visitation with Deacon Jim Zajicek with burial in the St. John Nepomucene Cemetery following the service.
