LaVern “Vern” Kauffman, 73, of Mason City, died Tuesday, May 9, 2017, at the IOOF Home.

A funeral is set for 11 a.m. Saturday, May 13, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 213 N. Pennsylvania Ave., Mason City, with the Rev. Kathy Graves officiating and burial in Elmwood-St. Joseph Cemetery. Visitation is set for 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, May 12, at Hogan-Bremer-Moore Colonial Chapel, 126 3rd St. Northeast, Mason City.
