Storm Causes Trouble

With spring’s arrival a month away, winter has been holding the area tightly.

The National Weather Service Office in La Crosse, Wisconsin, noted by Facebook Feb. 13 the storm was fourth heaviest February storm in snowfall amounts with 11 inches.

The record holder is 21 inches in 2007 with a 1983 storm of 12.5 inches in second place and a 1939 storm of 11.7 inches.
