Track Action Heats Up

South Winneshiek men took first place for the men’s division, and South Winneshiek women took second place at Luther College Friday.

The threat of a storm had loomed over the area Friday, but not a single flake had fallen by the time things got underway.

The storm would eventually roll in but not before the Warriors saw some good results.

With the women, Kee had first place with 122 points, followed by South Winneshiek with 98 points. North Fayette Valley had 85 points for third place. Turkey Valley took seventh place with 33 points.
