TV’s Stepan Wins Iowa DARE ‘Educator of the Year’

Teacher and coach Dan Stepan has been named the Iowa DARE Officers’ Association 2017 Educator of the Year. Turkey Valley held an assembly Sept. 11 to recognize and honor Mr. Stepan for his commitment to education and the Winneshiek County DARE (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) Program.
