South Winneshiek won 3-2 over Kee at home July 16 to propel the team forward.

“For the fifth time this season, the Warriors and Kee High Hawks matched up and for the fourth time on the year, the game was decided by one run,” said Alex Smith, coach, July 17. “In what was the most important game of the five, it took extra innings and a Warrior comeback to secure the victory."
