Weather Makes State Track Interesting

By Facebook Friday, Kevin Kearney, South Winneshiek women’s coach, was predicting state track and field was in for “a pretty interesting day or two.”

The weather had pushed back start times.

Friday’s start followed a “great day of track” Thursday, according to Kearney, who noted “one of the hottest days I remember at the State Meet” in a Thursday post.
