Bike Trail Effort Planned

Winneshiek County’s three breweries are uniting for an effort that could spur economic growth.

PIVO Brewery, Pulpit Rock and Toppling Goliath are working together to raise funds for a bike trail, an emailed press release sent April 30 by Craig Neuzil, owner of PIVO Brewery, noted.

According to the press release, the Dry Run Bike Trail will link the Prairie Farmer Trail to the Trout Run Trail. Each brewery is donating two kegs to be sold to benefit the effort. PIVO’s contribution will be the new Ossian IPA with Toppling Goliath donating Scorpius Morchell and Pseudo Sue and Pulpit Rock contributing While You Were Gone and True Brit.
