Extreme Cold Brings Challenges

If you thought it was cold, you’re right.

Todd Shea, a warning coordination meteorologist with the National Weather Service in La Crosse, Wisonsin, is keeping an eye on the weather.

“For the current conditions, [this kind of cold comes] probably a couple times a winter typically,” said Shea.
