South Winn Manufactures PPE

Winneshiek Memorial Center is the recipient of ear mask fasteners thanks to 3D printing by South Winneshiek staff.

The equipment followed outreach Iowa Department of Education to schools with regard to 3D printers that could be utilized to make protective equipment to be used by medical care staff.

“The IDOE wanted to start the process immediately,” said Kris Einck, South Win- neshiek’s superintendent.
