Winneshiek County Beef Banquet Approaching

The Winneshiek Beef Banquet will be Saturday, March 10, at the Festina Community Center.

Doors open at 5 p.m., and a prime rib meal will be served at 6:30 p.m. There will be a live and silent scholarship auction along with award winners and the crowning of the 2018 beef royalty.

This year’s beef queen candidates are required to be either a junior or senior in high school as of March 10. Little Miss Cowgirl and Little Mr. Cowhand applicants must be age 9-11 also as of March 10. The Little Mr. Cowhand position is new this year.
