Phyllis C. Faldet, 98, of Decorah, passed away Friday, July 14, 2023, at Aase Haugen in Decorah.

Funeral services were set for 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 19, at Calmar Lutheran Church with burial in the church cemetery and visitation from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 18, at Helms Funeral Home, 604 South Ave., Decorah, and after 10 a.m. at the church on Wednesday morning.
