Winter Weather Advisory Beginning Around Dawn
Northeast Iowa dodged the bullet with Sunday's storm, but Tuesday's commute could be a real mess for Calmar and the surrounding area.
A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect beginning at 6 a.m. Tuesday and running for 12 hours.
This will hit both the morning and evening commutes, unfortunately.
Snow and freezing drizzle are expected. Total snow accumulations of one to three inches and ice accumulations of up to 1/10 of an inch are predicted.
The La Crosse, Wisconsin office of the National Weather Service has cautioned to plan on slippery road conditions.
