Ann Finger

Ann Finger, of Ankeny, was born June 29, 1956 to John and Mabel (Kupka) Schwamman in Decorah. Growing up in Fort Atkinson, Ann learned to be a giving caretaker asthe oldest of seven children. After graduating from Turkey Valley High School in Jackson Junction,she earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Northern Iowa. While in college, she was active in her Alpha Chi Omega Sorority and worked in banking. During this time, she met her future husband, Dave Finger, and they married Nov. 25, 1978.
