While area school officials look ahead to just what the legislature will do, recent remarks by Gov. Kim Reynolds, particularly with regard to expanding broadband and with getting children back in school full-time have garnered attention.
During her Condition of the State, Reynolds outlined priorities, including broadband for Iowa. A good portion of her speech zeroed in on education.
“The condition of our state has never been stronger,” said Reynolds
Keeping 80 percent of Iowa’s business open during COVID-19 has left the economy stronger than it might have been.
