Anthony "Tony" Blazek, 48, of Lawler, Iowa died Oct. 31 at University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics in Iowa City.
A Mass of Christian Burial was set for 10:30 a.m. Nov. 5 at Holy Family Parish in New Hampton with interment at Calvary Cemetery in New Hampton and visitation from 4 to 7 p.m. Nov. 4 at Hugeback-Johnson Funeral Home & Crematory in New Hampton with a 7 p.m. Parish Scripture Service and visitation continuing an hour prior to the service Friday at the church.
