David Ludwig, 70, of Fort Atkinson, died April 9, at Wellington Place in Decorah.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 19, at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Spillville with burial in the St. Clement Cemetery.
Visitation was set for 3 to 7 p.m. Monday, April 18, at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church and after 10 a.m. at the church Tuesday morning.
