An unusual start marked the dawn of the 2020 Fayette County Fair.
Still, the show must go on.
With hand washing stations and sanitizer aplenty, the fair got under despite obstacles.
Visitors descended on the fairgrounds for fun from rides to booths.
Rain made an appearance opening day but did not shut down the fun.
During opening night July 21, royalty made an appearance. Fairy County Dairy Promotion saw its annual banquet called off with COVID-19, but the organization took the opportunity of the fair to highlight award winners.
