With girls wrestling continuing to gain steam, the 2021 IWCOA Girls State tournament started Friday and wrapped Saturday in Coralville.
For NH/TV, Tierney Perkins, wrestling at 138, is boasting an 18-7 record, the best for girls with her program while Bailey Cox (15-10), wrestling at 132, was the top placer, earning fifth place for the day.
Claire Quirk, wrestling at 145, was the top scorer for the day with 17 points.
