Lucy Mary Dietzenbach, 94, of Cresco, died Sept. 14, 2020, at Evans Memorial Home in Cresco, holding her daughter’s hand.
Lucy was born Feb. 21, 1926 on a farm south of St. Lucas. Lucy was the daughter of William and Anna (Kuennen) Schmitt. She graduated from the eighth grade at St. Luke’s Catholic School in St. Lucas.
After graduation she worked for her aunt and uncle until she met Urban.
