The large group speech teams for South Winneshiek and Turkey Valley traveled to North Fayette Valley High School Feb. 8 with several Division I results to participate in state competition for the 2021 season.
“Though none of our coaches or students have prepared for a contest in the midst of a pandemic before this season, I'm proud to say that our students worked hard and performed well despite the scheduling and quarantines,” said Kurt Straube, South Winneshiek advisor.
